• Number of people: 2 -6
• Advance payment: 20 % of total amount when booking
• Outstanding payment: in cash on site
• Bed-linen, shower and hand towels, dish cloths: included
• Electricity, water: included
• Heating: included

Arrival: move from 2 pm or on appointment
Departure: Handover of the apartment by 10 am in clean-swept order

Price conditions: at least double occupancy (full payers), additional person Euro 13,00 per day, children EUR 10,00 per day, Total Summ for a cut of EUR 10,00 for the whole stay.
Additional bed: cot on request
Final cleaning: 33,00 Euro

Garage charge for 1 passenger car: 5,00 EUR/day (outdoor parking lot free of charge)
Non smoking apartments (Smoking on balcony and outdoors only)
The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry according to Austrian law are applied

Cancellation fees:

• no cancellation fees up to 3 months before provision
• 40 % of total apartment price up to 1 month before day of arrival
• 70 % of total apartment price up to 1 week before day of arrival
• 90 % of total apartment price in the last week before day of arrival
