Meran of East Tyrol
Virgen, the sun village in the national park Upper Tauern, situated at 1200 m in the most beautiful high mountain valley of the eastern Alps, embedded between the Großglockner and the Großvenediger, is called “Meran of East Tyrol” because of its mild climate.
